"Whenever you need something done quickly, reach out to Jessica. Her expertise in auto insurance policies is evident, enabling her to swiftly resolve intricate account issues. Update: I owe the general public this update to my last review. I still think Jessica is effective, I just don't think she or the others prioritize their clients over revenue/profit. They are shortstaffed and only care that your account with them remains open. They are quick to remind you of how you would be without insurance if you close your account and how something might happen to your car. After Jessica "helped" me the last time, my bill went up from $165 to $251. I called their office on a Friday to complain about this, and James promised (he almost swore) to call me back the next Monday to rectify whatever led to the increase. This was after he (and later Jessica) tried to blame me for the increase and I threatened to close my account with them. One week later, I never heard from him. As a matter of fact, I called their office after 2 days (Wednesday), and yet again they promised to call but never did. I will be closing my account with them this week, and I am just writing this to let people know my true and unbiased opinion about Mark Copeland StateFarm."
